Is stiff neck an after effect of angiography?

my husband had an angiography Thursday last week. They went in his leg by his groin and he did not need the stenting afterall. he s not having any pain or discomfort in the leg but he has a stiff neck but we need to know if the neck pain is connected in anyway with the test he had?
