Hi dear, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Spotting or bleeding in early pregnancy can be due to threatened or spontaneous abortion, or due to ectopic pregnancy.
Low beta hCG levels are found both in abortion and ectopic pregnancy.
I will suggest you to get a transvaginal ultrasound to confirm the diagnosis and get appropriate treatment.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
