Is Smoking Marijuana Advisable While On Harvoni?

I am taking harvoni for hep c and have just been telling a family member about how easy the treatment seems to me. He is a former heroin addict and smokes pot to keep himself away from temptation of heroin. I can t find much research about smoking marijuana if you are taking harvoni. Do you think there is a risk of it hurting the treatment if you use both together?
