Hello.Welcome.Seronegative arthritis mean rheumatoid factor negative.Your reports suggest two things.1st. You are HLA B27 positive 2nd. Your VIT D level is low. This means you are suffering from ANKYLOSING SPONDYLITIS AND VIT D DEFICIENY. ANKYLOSING spondylitis (AS) is a chronic inflammatory disease of spine and sacroiliac joints of unknown cause.Typical symptoms are low back pain, worse at night, with spinal morning stiffness releived by exercise.Treatment consists of exercises and anti inflammatory medicines.Take oral VIT D and calcium for VIT D deficiency. With proper management your arthritis will remain under control.Good luck.
