Is Sacroiliac Joint Pain Likely Due To Cerebral Palsy?

I was born with cerebral palsy on my right side. I'm 36 now and over the last few years I have noticed more ache that is persistent in my lower back. I've noticed chiropractic care helps and massage doesn't. Is Sacroiliac joint pain likely due to my cerebral palsy?
