i would like to have an opinion from oncologic surgeon or a gynacologic oncologist surgicaly removal of ovaries when 5cycles of chemo gone through and latest ct scan report says excellent partial response a lymph node 14mm with minimal thickining still appreciable on this stage when patient is too week to have major surgery doc says for removal of ovaries as uterus is already removed 13years back by gynacological reasons now will the surgery of removing ovaries will help the patient or it useless ?
