Is Redness In Bump Due To Concussion A Cause For Concern?

I developed a concussion from a direct hit to the forehead at work. It got better, however, and everything seemed fine. Now today, two weeks later, I wake up to find the bump is super red! I had forgotten it was there but now it looks fresh. Cause for concern?
