General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Propysalic contains a steroid and salicylic acid. Application of the lotion once a week is relatively safe and can be continued for a month or two preferably at night.

Apply limited quantity in the affected area using fingertips and avoid using it on the face.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Saranya Ramadoss, General & Family Physician
