Is Pregnancy Possible Without Penetrative Sex?

Please .. i wanted to ask .. if my boyfriend and i had dry sex with out pants and underwear on .. and he didnt even cum in his clothes we were just rubbing .. is there any chance even if he precummed that i can be pregnant .. knowing that we did this from 3 weeks ago , and then i had my period from week ago . Is there any chance that i might be pregnant ?

I have understood your query.
Actually there is no possibility of conception without sexual intercourse with semen deposit/ pre cum deposit in female vagina, in fertile period.
Even if you have possibility of receiving precum, you had a normal menstruation following the incidence.
So, I don't see any possibility of conception for you with incidence you have referred to..
Please don't worry. Make it a point to use suitable contraceptive hence forth.
In case of doubt, Blood HCG pregnancy testing would help.
