Is Pregnancy Possible Without Ejaculation?

Can a woman get pregnant if she has sex but the man does not eyaculate?
I had sex about 6 days ago and again 4 days ago. That week was my fertil week and yesterday was the day i was suppost to be ovulating. The thing is my boyfriend never eyaculated. Im having some nausea and a bit of lower abdominal pain. Can i get pregnant by that? Can symptoms of pregnancy show so early?

Hi.
I've gone through your query and I can understand your anxiety.

With reference to your history pregnancy is not possible without ejaculation. But even a single drop of precum if present chances are high.

So your symptoms might be due to ovulation induced hormonal changes occurring before ovulation, where both estrogen and progesterone are at its peak level. This triggers headache, fatigue, and nausea, cramps, dizziness etc.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further. Take care.

Regards,
Dr. Yogapriya V, General and family physician.
