Is Pregnancy Possible While Having Tied Tubes?

a friend of mine had her tubes tired back in 2003 and now she is having like morning sickness and she thinks she pragent and we took a test and it came out neg. and she starts on the 20 of this month. so do u think they came untired or something else going on?

It is not likely that she has conceived, tubal ligation is normally effective.

Pregnancy tests detect the HCG hormone which is normally detectable by day 11 to 14 after conception.
If the test was done after this time then it is likely accurate.

If it was done before this time, then it may be falsely negative and may need to be repeating.

It is likely something else going on. Nausea can be due to different possible causes and these would have to be ruled out.
Causes of nausea are: reflux, hepatitis, urinary tract infection, gallstone disease, kidney disease, high calcium
