Is Pregnancy Possible Through Intercourse While On Primolut-N In PCOS Patient?

Hi, I m 20 years old and was diagnosed with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome five years ago. I ve had irregular periods all my life (periods of amenorrhea ranging from 1 year to 2 months). My last menstrual period was on the 1st of July, 2016. My doctor has prescribed Primolut - N twice daily for five days to make my menstrual cycles more regular. I haven t started the course of meds yet. But I will two days from now. That is on the 25th. My question is this... if I have unprotected sex while I m still on Primolut- N (that is say on the 27th or 28th....) what are the chances of me getting pregnant? Also, should I be taking any contraceptive pills? If yes, could you tell me about any over the counter morning after pill since I won t be able to visit the doctor until next week? A quick reply would be well appreciated... Thank you! :)

Hello dear
I understand your concern
Pregnancy is not occur when you are on the primolut n.
It act as a contraception and prevent the pregnancy till you are on the primolut.
And also less chance of pregnancy when you will sex on the last 4-5 days of the period.
No need to take any morning after pill.
Manage the PCOS case by consulting the gynecologist.
Tablet like birth control pill, metformin and progesterone pill will helpful.
Reduce weight if you are obese.
Avoid stress and take healthy diet.
