Is Pregnancy Possible After Having Sex Post Menstruation?

My wife had suction and evacuation done on 3Feb. after incomplete abortion.She had her period on 18 Feb. and 16March respectively.the period stopped on 19March. We had unprotected sex on 20tharch.Is it possible to get pregnant on first day after menstruation?

No...there no chance of conception due to sex one day after menstruation...actually ovulation oxcurs on the 14 th day of menstruation if periods are regular...so this period is most critical dor conception. If menstruation is regular then one week post menstruation and one week pre mensteuation period is called safe period as there is no chance of conception in this period....also known as calender method of contraception.
