Is Pain In Pubic Area And Groin Due To Applying High Pressure On The Penis?

i feel pain in my pubic area and right groin and it also leads to urgent urination this happened to me while i had been preventing sperm coming out from my penis by squeezing it hard while masturbating (i was squeezing the head of penis when i was about to reach orgasm and preventing sperm coming out from penis at about 30 seconds or more) i’m so worried about that pain now because one of my friends told me “it’s possible that one of tubes in that area has been hurt or torn because of the pressure” i’d appreciate it if you could tell me if it’s that much dangerious? is it likely that a tube or something like that has been torn becuase of that pressure? i’m really frightened so please let me know how much serious is this? and also i cam not getting erections and i
