Is Pain In Lower Back And Leg Caused By Side Effect Of Taking APO-Rosuvastation?
Hi Dr. I have recently started taking APO-Rosuvastatin 10 Mg. daily, but after the second tablet I felt pain in my lower back and legs. Could it be possible from the side effect of the medication or is it fatigue, as I lead a busy tiring life, but I haven t felt this pain before. Thank you.

There are notified evidences that clearly says that when rosuvastatin when taken with aspirin causes various levels of side effects like
1. Muscle pain and cramps
2. Rhabdomyolysis
3. Acute renal failure
It is really a tricky situation where some times drug will act on better side and some times it causes side effects
It is advised for you to
1. Check urine myoblogin
2. Proteins
