Hi
Thanks for writing your query
After going through the brief description of yours. It is possible to develop the collection of blood (haemarthrosis) inside the joint leading to difficulty/restricted painful movement of knee. The treatment is arthrocentesis that is aspiration of collected blood. It is an outdoor procedure (OPD).
Meanwhile continue with ice fomentation, ibuprofen and trypsin to reduce pain and swelling.
Hope this information helps you. If the problem persists see a doctor.
Take care and I shall be glad to answer any further query.
