Hello doctor, My age is 27. My both ovaries appears polycystic. Right ovary 32*31*20 mm volume is 11.2cc and Left ovary 28*27*20 mm volume is 8 cc. My right fallopian tube is blocked due to laproscopy. Left tube is fine. Am I able to conceive naturally?

Radiologist 's  Response
Hi,

I have seen many patients who have polycystic ovaries and after treatment are able to conceive in a natural way. Polycystic ovaries is a hormonal condition and after the hormones are stabilized then conception is possible in many cases. There is no structural problem with the genital tract in polycystic ovaries.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Vivek Chail,
Radiologist
