USG Report Showed Cardiac Activity Of The Baby Absent, Had Abortion. Advised Tab Ovacare. How Long To Take?
my age is 27.i m completed 2 yrs of marriage life.and tried for conception and got pregnant in feb 13.after 8 weeks i visited a gynecologist he advised me for a usg abdomen.according to usg report the cardiac activity of the baby is absent.then i had abortion on 16 mar 13.after that doctor advised me tab ovacare.so when it should be started,from today onwards or after 1 month.and one more query how long it should be taken.before conception or it can be taken after conception

Ovacare has to be taken before conception.
You can start taking it immediately as advised.
Ovacare would not cure your problems.
You need to be investigated for cause of missed abortion - causes could be genetic, intrauterine infections, autoimmune causes, abnormalities of size and shape of uterus and cervix, hormonal imbalances etc.
