Is My Twitching Eyelid, Tingling Cheek And Headache A Result Of Bumping?

I am a 28 yo male. Two months ago I walked into the blut side of a door fram while talking on my phone. I had blured vision in my right eye for a few hours that went away with ice and sleep. To weeks after that my work schedule changed and I went from working afternoon and evenings to earily mormings and afternoons. Durring this shift change I was not able to get much sleep, and I started to get twitches on my right eyelid followed by my tingaling on my left cheek. Three weeks later I started getting headaches behind my right eye and above my right tipple. I saw an ent who did not think my headache was related to sinuses after doing a sinus ct.. They are continuous and irritating and I don t know what is causing them. Do you think it is related to me bumping my head?

Eye examination including fundus to be done. Shift change and sleep are related for biological clock adjust ment. In refraction if a power defect is detected then it should be corrected. Twitching is blapharospasm. No treatment required. Tingling is a neurological problem. Can take neurobion forte tablet daily for one month.
