Is My Nuva Ring Stuck In My Cervix?

I think that my nuva ring is stuck...i can t seem to find it. could it be stuck in my cervix? I have been feeling a pressure in my lower back, or a wierd feeling for the past three days (which is when i put my new nuva ring in) and i have been getting reddish/brown discharge that I have never gotten before. I have been on nuvaring for about 6 months and this has never happened. please help.

I would suggest you meet a gynecologist urgently who can examine the area and have a good look at it to remove the ring. Meanwhile, if there is a delay in the appointment, get an x ray/usg of the pelvis. These may help the gynecologist know where the ring may have got displaced. That way she may be able to help you quicker.

Slipping/displacement of the ring is a common phenomenon. And so you need not worry too much. Just meet the experts and they can help you
