Is Mild Polycystic Bilateral Ovaries Along With A Fibroid In The Right Adnexa A Serious Concern?
Hi doc, i just wanna ask about my result uterus anteverted with normal endometrial & myometrial echoes. normal in size & morphology. b/l ovaries mild polycystic. rt adnexa has a solid mass measuring 3.4×2 cms-? Fibroid. pod free. hope u can answer my questions i am really confused. Thank u and god bless
Hi, I think you have got polycystic ovaries. It means your ovulation might not happen regularly. Your periods may be irregular. Right adnexa has a solid mass, but fibroids are generally present in uterus or attached to it. Possibility of a fibroid in adnexa is less. It can be some ovarian cyst, which may have solid component like endometriotic cyst. You may be having pain during periods due to this. I think you can take some hormonal treatment for that. Talk to your doctor regarding this. Hope it helps.
