My question is about the lemon water that I take !st thing in the morning before breakfast. I ve read that it is a healthy practice specifically because it promotes alkalinity in the body. We have a lemon tree in the backyard; but sometimes there are no yellow lemons yet. Is it alright to use the green lemons for the lemon water in the mornings and still reap the same health benefits?
i have a question about fasting, or to be specific ‘water fasting’, i was reading about it and some were saying “it’s not good for you” then others were saying “it has many health benefits!”. which side is right? because i wanna lose weight and ive seen people do this type of fasting and lose weight, or is they’re better ways to lose weight? other than exercising.

Hello. My husband, son and I all ate fish from a fast food restaurant on Thursday. On Friday, I had diarrhea over the course of the day with some abdominal pain, weakness and fatigue. I felt better by that evening. My son was a little nauseous on Friday night, but felt better with Pepto Bismol and tums. My husband became feverish with chills, severe weakness, and severe diarrhea on Friday evening. He has continued to feel weak since then with diarrhea and some nausea. He has no appetite. I have been offering crackers, soup, ginger ale, and popsicles. He is very tired and has been sleeping most of 2 + days. He does not think he needs to see the Dr. ..... He is diabetic (oral meds) and is being treated with hormones for prostate cancer. Thank you for your help.
