Is It Unsafe To Take Cialisis Every Day For My BPH?

Hi. I am 49. I take two hytrin pills every day for enlarged prostate. But I am having retrograde ejaculation. I had asked my doctor about cialisis months ago, and he said no because if I have a heart attack they cannot give me nitrates. So, is it unsafe to take Cialisis every day for my BPH?

Hello
Thanks for your query.
You have been taking tab Hytrin (Terazosin). The retrograde ejaculation is known side effect of Alpha adrenargic receptor blockers like Terazosin .

Cialis is generally not prescribed in combination with alpha blockers.

If you have erectile dysfunction with BPH please take only Cialis in small doses everyday.
