Is It Serious If Having Cloudy Vision After Having A Hit In The Eye?

Yesterday I was hot in the eye with a soccerball during a match. It was very painful and I couldn't see fr the first fee minutes. After about 5-10 minutes I could see with a black spot on my right corner if my eye. I went back in the game and played two more games. I have all my vision back except my eye seems to be cloudy at the bottom with an occasional black spot. Is this serious?

It requires complete eye examination. Injury to iris ,lens, venturous is to be ruled out. Take few days rest. fundus examination is to be done. After diagnosis treatment can be planned.
