Is It Safe To Use Can-c And Carbixymethylellulose Sodium Medicines Together?

Hi, my sister was diagnosed with cataract and glaucoma, her doctor prescribed latanoprost 0.05% Opthalmic Solution and she found a natural medication called CAN-C containing N-Acetylcarnosin 0.01%, Glycerin (lubricant) 1.0%and carbixymethylellulose sodium (lubricant)0.3%, the last medicine is for cataract, do you think it is okay to use both?

Hi, thanks for using healthcare magic

It would be best for her to speak to her doctor before starting the natural eye medication.

He or she may be aware of possible interactions.

I hope this helps
