hi. I am stating a 12 week workout program and i have to take the following supplements: multivitamin, omega 3, digestive enzymes,ph balance, glutamine,vitargo,bcaa, green tea, l carnatine, yohimbe and creatine. but myu parents don t think they re safe. can i have your thoughts??

In my opinion it is not safe to use so many things concomitantly as there can be interaction of one with another leading to some serious outcomes. Avoid taking creatine, yohimbe and carnatine. They have some serious side effects in your body.
