Is It Safe To Take Lucentis And Ordux Injections For Hypersensitive Retinopathy?

Dear doctor
i shown my father in one of the best hospitals for retina problem.They concluded that the problem is hypersensitive retinopathy. They are asking to give injections such as lucentis,ordux but which are having side-effects suchas cardiac problems.So wht do u suggest???

Hello
It seems from the history that your father is advised treatment with ozurdex and lucentis injections for retinal problems.
These drugs can be used and before injections all risk factors will be evaluated.
These are used for treatment of diabetic retinopathy and age related macular degenerations.
Hence I advice you to consult your ophthalmologist for diagnosis and treatment accordingly.
