Is It Safe To Take Aspirin During Pregnancy?

Hello Doc,
I am 7.5 weeks pregnant.
My doc in recent scan found the foetus healthy with heart beat but a small sub chronic collection outside the uterus.
Below medicines are prescribed by doc.
Cyclogest progesterone to be taken 1time internally with vagina
Duphastone 10mg to be taken 3 times after food.
Asprin 81mg one time after food.

Please advise is it safe to take asprin for my foetus as I haven't started yet.

1. Since Aspirin can cause problem to fetus in normal adult doses [while you are pregnant] thus your doctor will closely monitor you and your baby.

2. Taking Aspirin in early pregnancy [7.5.weeks] increases the risk of miscarriage and increases risk of placental abruption [you may ask for second opinion who may go for acetaminophen instead of aspirin]

3. low dose aspirin [81 mg] is sometimes prescribed by Doctor for pregnant women in whom there is history of recurrent pregnancy loss, clotting disorder and pre eclampsia and can also lower the risk of preterm birth or low birth weight resulting from the pregnancy-related condition
