Is It Safe To Take Sazo 500 For Lower Back Pain And Gastritis?

I have low back pain and sever Gastric, I am prescribed Sazo 500, I am worried of Liver problems as i have read through side effects, can you please let me know whether i should be taking these medicines. I am worried of Hapatis B & Jandise as the side effects talk about these

Sazo 500 is Sulphasalazine-500mg Tablet headache, anorexia, nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, abdominal discomfort, photosensitivity, crystalluria, reversible oligospermia, yellow-orange staining of contact lens, skin, urine and other body fluids, alopoecia are side effects.people with Renal or hepatic impairment should take it with caution as the drug is metabolised in liver.
