Is It Safe To Take Norco After A Surgery?

Hi, my doctor gave me norco is thats the same of Oxycodone cause i had Oxycodone before when i got my first surgery and got me sick so he change it to this medicine call norco 325/10mg another thing my aunt told me that both medication have heroine so now im scare of taking the norco i just got a big surgery and im drinking Ibuprofen but is not working so i want to know if norco safe to drink it is not heroine.
