Hello,

In my opinion, naturist is a progesterone hormone. It is suggested in case of suspicion of progesterone insufficiency leading to spotting or bleeding or any previous history of miscarriage or in case of preterm pains. And it is safe to take in pregnancy. Rabeprazole is given for gastritis but not preferred in the first five months. It is always better to restrict the extra medicine usage unless it is actually necessary. So as you dont have any particular complaints you might not need them. To discuss regarding them with your doctor. Take a healthy nutritional diet.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Srilatha Myaka
