Is It Safe To Take Meprate Tablets?

Hi Healthcare Magic doctors, i got married last year , and since day one we have not been using any precautions. but my periods are irregular since i had my first mensurational cycle. i consulted my doctor and she suggested me to take meprate for 4 days 2 tablets everyday. is it safe to take this tablet also i had the blood test, thyroid test done many times and it comes normal everytime. last check i had 6 months before and it was also normal. please let me know if whts are the ways that i can concieve easily.

Since you are having irregular bleeding from day one . Your doctor advised you MEPRATE i.e. medroxyprogesterone tablet for this purpose.
You want to conceive .
Your question is ""IS IT SAFE to take this tablet"?
Since this is safe treatment for irregular bleeding but you want to conceive .
When such type of patient visit my clinic with this problem I advise them to get in an ultrasound of both ovaries to rule out PCOD as this is most common cause of irregular bleeding in child bearing female .
Also get in blood for F S H / LH ration for hormonal imbalance .
If all these tests are normal then I advise to get in SEMEN analysis for your husband .
Deal as mentioned above .
