Welcome to HCM
This is Dr Amit.
Duphaston contains Dydrogesterone which is very well used for the treatment of Amennorrhoea (absence or missing periods ). Dydrogesterone adequately induces bleeding when the endometrium is sufficiently primed with estrogens. When estradiol levels are low, dydrogesterone treatment can be supplemented with estrogens. So i will advice you to complete the course of Duphaston and wait and watch. If the problem persists after 5 days consult the gynecologist. He/She will do couple of test (Hormonal and pelvic ultrasound) including physical examination for the diagnosis and they will treat you accordingly.
Feel free to ask if you have any other query
