I am following my doctors advice to replace my 75 mg fentanyl patches with M S Contin suspension sachets, 60 mg Tds.I am concerned that I may have withdrawal symptoms by just stoping the former with the later, or should I take it slowly and ween myself to see how much I should use. I have lost a lot of weight and the patches may not be as effective as in the past five years. I would value your opinion . Thank you Dyesie.
