Psychiatrist 's  Response
hi
thanks for using healthcare magic

In bipolar depression, antipsychotic could increase the depressive symptoms. I think she needs mood stabilizer that would help her a lot. u can taper down the risperidone. At such a lose dose, it would not show any benefit or side effect. if she feels any problem, give her low dose benzodiazepine like clonzepam 0.5mg, Consult a psychiatrist about mood stabilizer and with ms she could take low dose antidepressant.

Thanks

Thanks
