Is It Safe To Have Deviry For Irregular Periods?

Since 2 years I m suffering from Pcod, I m 24, unmarried..On September 2014 my cycle is regular as I took Glycomat 850,M2 tone, Doris, as per gyno and after my regular periods I stop dat medicines.. Bt after December 6..problem occurs and by January 2015 period is irregular and I concern to my gyno again she suggest me to take deviry 10mg and had my period on 27 January 2015. My question is to u that is it safe? Should I continue by previous medicines or deviry...and by this February I m getting married.. So, I want further pregnancy tips..

I understand your query & concern.
For a fruitful woman life regular menstruation with ovulation is desired.PCOd is a condition where ovulation is hampered & so the period gets irregular. Deviery is a hormonal preparation which is followed by withdrawal bleeding every month-giving a wrong impression of normal menses.
So though daviary can be taken without much of side effects, it's of no use having withdrawal bleeding every month without ovulatory menstruation.
Glycomet 850 is the drug which attacks the root cause of absent ovulation.YOu should continue it along with sufficient physical exercises& well controlled diet to have optimum weight & remove the basic cause ( insulin resistance) for PCOD. You can consult your gynecologist for addition of Clomiphene to it . Both the drugs in combination & changed life style show good results in 6-12 months.
If no response, laperoscopic drilling for PCOs helps.& leads to normal ovulatary menses-which are a must for conception.
