Is It Safe To Have Canesten For Burning Sensation In Vagina?

Hi i used canesten the tab, because i had burning during sex and white chunky discharge.. the day after using the tab i noticed stinging when peeing.I looked and three distinct slits are right under the opening of my vagina,is this due to the canesten or something else?

I have gone through your query. White chunky discharge which is unusual can be yeast infection and in such case canestan cream may help. But it is better to have an examination with a gynecologist and swab to rule out this. Even bacterial vaginosis can coexist with this. In such case vaginal suppository of antibiotic combinations like clindamycin or metronidazole with clotrimazole will help.
