Is It Safe To Continue With Hrt While On Duloxetine And Bupropion For Depression?

Hi, I take cyclo-progyn(spelling?) mainly to counter depression/anxiety. I have suffered seversl serious episodes of depression for many years. I m doing very well at the moment and am now 53. I m frightened to mess with my medication, quietiapine, duloxetine & Bupropion but also wonder about taking hrt.I understand that patches are safer?How would I know when to switch from sequential to continuous hrt?Thanks

The other considerations outweigh drug interactions. The drug interactions are smaller than the variability between large and small people. Why is someone age 53 on HRT? It better have progesterone to lower uterine cancer risk. There is risk of blood clots from it. Concerns over switching are based on risk of pregnancy. The amount needed for osteoporosis is higher than for contraception and this has to be evaluated and checked with bone marrow density.
