Is It Safe To Apply Elocon Lotion To A 1 Year Boy For Redness Near Penis And Pain During Urination?

Hi,
I am Murali from India.My Baby boy is 1 month 4 days old and is often crying before urinating and doc did the urine tests and it is also negative.It looks like some what red near the penis.We are using Elocon lotion from past 2 days and he is crying some what more before urinating.Please suggest if it is okay and we should use some other lotion.

No lotion or anything would help the baby the underlying cause would be phimosis that need to be relieved without this this wont come around I would advise you to see the doctor (surgeon) for further advise and investigation, do not apply anything to baby unless advised have nice day.
