Is It Possible To Stop HIV Medications With A Count Of 290?

Im 34, 6 foot 4, weight 76. Was 84 before i started meds. I've been hiv pos for 3 years and had to start the meds a month ago. CD4 count is 290. i cant stand the side effects anymore and been off work for a month now. I want to stop taking the meds. can i?

Anti HIV medicines are for life long to keep suppressed your virus to an undetectable level so that your infection is kept in check Here is a simily : people suffering from Diabetes, High Blood Pressure , Asthma --all have to keep taking medicines for life long to keep their diseases under control.
