Hi, I had gone through your question and understand your concerns.

First thing i need more details about you like AGE,CAUSE OF REMOVAL OF UTERUS, DO YOU HAVE KIDS.

About your doubts-
Usually for the younger women it is not advisable to remove ovaries because they have major role in preventing from osteoporosis, heart diseases, and common problems like hot flushes and mood changes, depression. So,same thing is done to you ,it is good to have both ovaries intact.

About the pregnancy ,it IS POSSIBLE with out uterus .Implantation of the fetus can occur in left over tubes ,ovaries and abdominal peritoneum (one of the layer)....These are low possibilities and easily excludable by a simple ultrasound pelvis,so do not worry about this, consult a gynic and get an ultrasound.

One more possibility is PSEUDO PREGNANCY( false pregnancy),the exact cause for this is not known but it my be possible in women who do not have children due to intense desire to have children, this can be diagnosed after all diagnostic procedures after ruling out presence of pregnancy.

Finally, your's problem may be due to simple physical inactivity and diet habits, practice yoga and some asanas regularly .Take plenty of water , high fiber diet like fruits, green leafy vegetables.

Hope this answers your question. If you have additional questions or follow up questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your questions.
