Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement, Dr. Mukesh Chugh's Response
Hi Dear, The decision to put weight is based on whether the bone is united sufficiently .This is based on xray and patient symptoms(like bone pain).I need to see your xray .But,having said that if your doctor is confident about union, why do you hesitate in putting weight as advised. Take care and i shall be glad to help you if you have any further query. wishing you good health. You can contact me directly at http://bit.ly/drmchugh
