Is It Normal To Have Swelling In Forehead After Suffering From An Injury?

Hello....I was firing a crossbow and the kickback made the eye scope slam into the area between my eyes and slightly above. The swelling is continuing around my eyes and down my nose. I notice there are also broken blood vessels throughout both eyeballs. The area of impact is very, very sore. Is this normal?

Yes this is normal for about a fortnight. But maybe it is a good idea to rule out a fracture in nasal bone to be on safe side--regards
