Hi there,

Thanks for your query.

Appearance of oral sores is a common complication of antibiotics, which alter the gut bacteria by killing 'good bacteria'. The oral cavity is the first part of the gut.

A 2-3 weeks' course of Lactobacilli and multi-vitamin supplements will cure the sores.

Consult your doctor and apprise him of my opinion. I am certain that he will agree with me and prescribe the advised supplements in appropriate doses.

If you find my response helpful and informative, do not forget an “excellent” (5-star rating) to my answer, to ENCOURAGE ALL doctors- engaged in social service- to render sound advice to the FREE queries.

Take care
