Is It Normal To Have Soft Testicles With Low T Count And Can Testosterone Replacement Normalise Them?

My testicles have changed over the last few years. I am 35 and I have very low T. I am at 209. My testicles are soft and mushy like. They don't get firm even when I ejaculate. Is this normal for someone with low T and will they come back after I have done the Testosterone replacement?

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi. Testosterone level for your age definitely low. Testicles do become soft and mushy is very true .; but it has nothing to do with the ejaculation, as testes do not take part in this process. It is difficult to say whether they will come to normal with testosterone therapy. More important is the symptoms you have due to low testosterone. If you please elucidate, we can help you more.
