What Does This Blood Test Result For Testosterone Levels Indicate?

HI,I just had a Blood work for my Testosterone levels. i got the result as follows.Total Testosterone = 205 ng/dl,Free Testosterone = 60.5 pg/ml,Testosterone Bio Available = 134.9 ng/dl,why i have total testosterone is low and Free Testosterone is normal
