General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

* Many times, epithelial cells are normal due to underlying nonspecific changes involving the urinary bladder.
* The associated symptoms of burning or fever are of vital importance to co-relate further.
* Do use condoms consistently during the intercourse to avoid a flare-up of any bacterial infection.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
