Is It Normal To Have Low BP During Pregnancy ?

I currently have a BP of around 98/57. I m 25 years old and 26 weeks pregnant . My pulse is ranging from 110 to 120. Is this normal? I have been dizzy and feeling breathless for the last hour.

Welcome to Healthcare Magic
Good Day
Since the BP is going low and your pulse is racing it could mean that you probably are bleeding actively or have a heart disease. Do you have any abdominal pain. Any bleeding. You need to get your Haemoglobin and Retic count estimated. Do you have swelling of the feet. You need to get to the ER right away.
