Is It Normal To Have Deep Pain In Clitoris When Having Sex?

Hello, I have pain deep in my clitoris. I have had this pain for many years. I have white lines that look like scars about 1/2" long beside my clitoris. I have a deep pain in my clitoris when I get aroused. Is this normal? I was given some numbing cream that was suppose to help with the pain but it does not help. It is very sensitive to touch even when I am wiping after going pee. I don't know what to do. Do you have any idea what this could be?

Hi,

If you had unprotected sex - need to rule out sexually transmitted infection.

if not it can be bacterial infection causing you pain - you can go for a urine complete test/swab culture. Also, check for blood sugar - it can also be due to neuropathic pain.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
