Is It Normal To Have Abdominal Pain And Soreness After Undergoing Hysterectomy?

I am 67 and had a hysterectomy 3 weeks ago. Been doing well, walking and building up each day. Yesterday my tummy started hurting on the left side and feels very sore. It s ok when I m just sitting but when I get up and move about it s quite painful.

Hello,

It could be due to muscle strain. Take Tylenol for pain and rest adequately. If pain worsens, follow up with urgent care.

Hope this answers your query
